The house is in the centre of the town, convenient for shops, restaurants, Oakham School etc. There is limited parking but a public car park is only 200yards away.

The apartment is primarily self catering to allow you maximum flexibility, but breakfast packs can be provided if required. The apartment is strictly no smoking.

Bedroom with a king-size (5`) double bed. Dressing area with large wardrobe.
Sitting room with TV, free view, DVD & HiFi. Comfortably furnished with double pull out sofa bed.
Bathroom with large bath & shower over, basin & WC.
Dining kitchen area. Well equipped with combination oven/microwave, hotplates, fridge & sink, plus good range of appliances. Dining table and chairs.

Ideally suited for couples, families or friends sleeping up to 4 in separate rooms. An additional en suite bedroom with king size bed is available as extra accommodation with the apartment. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The apartment is directly accessed from the High Street via push-button system and entry phone, then from the hall & stairway to your individually locked front door.

The bedroom & sitting room face the high Street, with large secondary glazed sash windows.

Oakham is a pretty market town (with markets on Wed & Sat) with a full range of shops & restaurants. (Tesco 2 mins walk from the house).
It is 8 miles from the A1, 100miles north of London & approximately equidistant from Peterborough, Leicester & Nottingham.

Only 3 miles away is the famous Rutland Water with fishing, sailing & recreational facilities.
